2. Goal Orientation – How goals are chosen and strategy is designed

3. Functions – How things actually get done—the systems that make up the “machine” of the business

Overall, there are 8 different areas covered in this assessment, looking at your approach to your business from different angles and distances.

This method helps me home in on the sticky areas causing the biggest problems —so they can make small shifts with BIG impact.
